Thank you for the reminder! I am all prepared, though it is unfortunate, of course. It will make all swaps so much more complicated to do.

I'm just curious by haven't found anything online except a decree getting rid of DEI. Can anyone advise as to what is it exactly?

Well, as far as I know it is an annex to that decree formulating additional conditions on the types of coins that can be swapped together, limiting the diversity. Even when getting equal swaps, certain types will not even be allowed to be included anymore in postal packages. It will be necessary to get used to, but it is already impacting swaps all around the world … starting this morning very early in New-Zealand.

Better follow the new directives, to avoid any additional levies, as they will also apply within country borders!
