Are these 20 francs rare?

I have recently acquired 20 Tunisian francs in my collection, but mine is dated 26/10/1938 and I cannot find any quotes with this date anywhere, could someone tell me more about it?

I would consider the Tunisia 20 Francs “tough” (not easy to acquire but there's still plenty out there). They have a Numista Rarity Index of 67 (respectable) & would likely be rare in higher (original) grades.  There's 4 higher grade examples on eBay right now so definitely not “rare” but certainly “collectible”

The exact dates of these are being recorded by collectors who contribute to Numista & other sites such as the BNM (Banknote Museum). It is an ongoing project.  While there may be some collectors who assemble sets by dates, I find most collectors want a decent example of either a tougher date or any date.
