I don't know these tokens, but I see an issue as to decide on the orientation as the obverse does not have a correct side up … it all depends is you put the English or Chinese characters at the top.
If it is indeed coin alignment with Chinese characters up (like pictured on our page), it might indeed need correction (maybe add a picture of one of your tokens in front of a mirror to confirm the allignment and to add it to the comments for future reference).
Also … how does one use these tokens for 24h use? Is a date stamped on it or does it contain a chip? I have only seen one time use tokens like this!

Yours is in medal orientation. With the Latin text in the center up-right when you turn the coin holding it on the top and bottom (like in the picture) the logo looks like on the pamphlet (or the example picture on the catalog page).
This confirms the medal alignment, with on each side on top both Chinese and English text. If it would be coin alignment you'd have both Chinese and both English texts behind each other.
So no error on the page.
