I have a coin that I have been stumped on for a long time, but now needed to turn here for help. Here are the specs:

- Copper coin

- 8.2g in weight

- Around 28mm in Diameter

- 1mm in thickness

I think not. Not a mailed bust. Draped bust. Like N#66827

 Not sure why the pictures are turned vertical when enlarged? Cropped > 

 - with on reverse what look like three flowers after INDE lettering on left.
