Hi everyone I need your help for this coin isn't proof coin? and mintmark coin. Thanks for help.

Due to a small change shortage, the San Francisco Mint was pressed into service to strike circulation quality cents from 1968 through 1974.  The San Francisco Mint also struck proof cents for those years.

In addition, the San Francisco Mint also struck circulation quality nickels from 1968 through 1970.

The mintages were high so, although cool finds, the coins are not terribly valuable.
