Hungarian medieval denar ID?

Greetings to all members of Numista.

I have problem to ID this medieval hungarian denar. It has portrait similar to Charles Robert (Karoly Robert) but what's really troubling me is the other side where it has something like a letter T on design, and that type of reverse I have never seen on Charles coins. I also belive it to be contemporary counterfit but I would like to know on wich coin is based on. Any help would be great, and thanks in advance!

I went through the opitz catalogue of the coinage of Angevin period, but could not find it

Yeah, I did the same with Huszar catalogue and still no luck

Any chance it is an Italian type of Charles of Anjou?

The composition of the top of the crown using three pellets for the central flower is like this coin of Naples:  https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=10628557

And the reverse looks like the KA on some coins from Sicily:

I haven't found a coin with this obverse and reverese together, but maybe it exists?
