How to tell the mintage from the coin itself?

Hi, I am a new user at Numista and have recently started cataloging my coins. However, I find there are are multiple mintage numbers for a a single year. Can someone help me in understanding how i can find the right mintage of my coins.

You probably see multiple mintage numbers for regular and proof variant. Or you should give link to related coin page on numista, when asking question about it.
