Valuation for 10 Turkish Lira (1985) with a multi-strike error

I found this at home, and wanted to know how much would it be valued at? It seems to be very unique, maybe the only one with such an error on this coin. Thank you for your help!

It seems nobody is interested or even have knowledge on this coin 😓

It is a strike error, a very nice example. The freshly struck coin didn’t quite make it away before the new blank / planchet was struck, overlapping on the obverse of the coin, hence clear details on the squashed obverse (portrait and text) where the die impacted and on the reverse the details are blurred as the die struck though a new blank. So technically it’s also a strike through error also on the reverse side.

The coin is Aluminium, very common, worthless (relatively). So any value is for the error, small market but people do buy these coins, I would be happy to find it, it’s value is whatever you can get for it and what ever someone is willing to pay for it.
Its uniqueness doesn’t make it worth millions, try finding other such errors to have an idea of a price, discount any US coins, because they will overvalue it. At a guess (without doing any research) you could start at and expect to get around €20 for it.

There is a uniface strike on the reverse - there was another coin blank (planchet) between the reverse die and your coin when it was struck, so the reverse details didn't make it to your coin in the strike. More unusual than a double strike (which is unusual to begin with).

Yes, exactly what I said. It is unusual, a nice error - so what exactly do you want to know? An evaluation, which I have already given, the problem with errors is there is a small market of people willing to pay huge sums for them. But as I said, it is whatever you are willing to sell it for, and whatever someone is willing to pay for it - if someone wants to pay €200 for it then good for you, I like errors, I would not pay more than €5 for it. Others may pay more, so in my opinion a realistic price is €20 for this coin - because that is what I think you might be able to get for it, if you get less or more, that would not surprise me because no one is buying or selling this coin with this error - only other coins with similar errors. A nice beautiful copper coin with low mintage and 100-150 years old with this error is more desirable (say €200), than a 40 year old boring aluminium coin with high mintage (say €20 for your coin).
