Old Rupee pendant coin questions

Hi everyone- 

Found this at an auction. I think its a Mughal Empire silver rupee? Used on belly dancing dresses for jingle?

Weighs only 4 grams because it is so worn down.. Is it worth getting the bail taken off?

Anyone know the specific leader and mint? So much is just gone. 

maybe Silver rupee, Emperor Mohamed Shah (1719-1748), RY-3, Akbarabad??

I can't confirm the ruler, but can say from the general appearance and weight it should be a Mughal quarter rupee. I don't think it's worth  removing the bail, because the fact that it was in jewelry would still be obvious and it's not a high value coin.  I don't think it would increase the value significantly. 

Not Mughal, it bears the mintname Bukhara so see what you can find similar under Amirs of Bukhara. Date part visible 1303? Ah (1885 ad)
