I have this banknote but this serial prefix  (GE) doesnt really exist,

What do you think?

I would use the watermark as a determinator of type, don't know where the prefix stuff stems from.

Why did you say that? Are you comparing the details on this site? The info posted on this site may not be accurate. On Banknote.ws, you can see the two prefixes of EY and PO. Your GE would fix within these ranges. 😊
