Islamic States coin identification help [opgelost]

Is anyone able to help id this coin. 2-3 grams, a little less than 19mm in diameter. The guy who sold it to me thinks it's from 800-1400.

⅔ of the flan is blank so little hope of an actual i.d so not really collectible condition
