New issuing entity for French Pacific Territories [opgelost]

Requesting the creation of a new issuing entity for the various issuers of the French Pacific. There are multiples issuers in the catalog that would need to be added to the new entity.

@Jarcek I was looking at the list of issuing entities and I didn't notice when submitting this request initially that there is already an entity on the site titled Overseas Issuing Institute. Looks like only the notes for French Polynesia and New Caledonia are in it which may be how I missed it.

Can we merge that entity into the one that you just created so everything can be combined correctly?

I hate to ask for your assistance hear again, but I found yet another duplicate of this entity. I caught it once I finished looking at the French Pacific Territories, French Polynesia, and New Caledonia. I remembered the New Hebrides, and when I went to update these, there is another entity of the same name for only those notes.

Can the below entity be merged into the main one you created?
