Well then, 1 in 100,000. Must be very valuable. If the mint did it they would have made at least tens of thousands or more of identical ones so you most likely would have found more than just one in 100,000. If it was done by being damaged in circulation that it could actually be one in 100,000.  Let us know how much it's worth.  Good luck!

Thanks for sharing. You asked for value. I gave you my best estimate. When you show coins like this you think are special it's always necessary to show the complete coin first then any close-ups.  Trying to judge a special coin from just high magnification pictures is impossible to do properly.
