Another one I tried to Google and failed. What is this second character:

It looks like a C with a detached straight line above it. This is from the prefix of a serial number

The second character makes the equivalent of the “t” sound.  t is “tiggeut”  it is fundamentally the “diggeut” character which has a “d” sound, but with the addition of the line becomes the “t” sound.

Thanks! It is seemingly impossible to find that character with the line in a format I can paste here. I will just go with ᆮ

You are just looking at a calligraphy style.  The letter you are looking for is a straight vertical line, with three short lines to the right.  Almost exactly like a capital E…

ㅌ is the letter you are looking for.  Detached top line is just a calligraphy style.

Thanks, now I get it!

I think it could also be a C with an accent on it [ ć ] written in a digital style typeface.

Respectfullly, no it is not a C.  This is a North Korean Banknote.  The prefixes are in hangul.  The two letters are Korean.  The first letter represents the sound of “n” and the second letter represents the sound of “t."

No worries - no c in Korean, noted.
