Possible error on 1937 German 2 Mark

I think that I have an error on my 1937 German 2 Mark coin.  It looks to me like the medal alignment is off by 15 to 30 degrees.  Is this an actual error or are most like this and if it is how rare is this!  Thanks so much for any help you can give me.
