Hello all,

I need some help with the lettering on this note as I am not well versed in Russian and the associated languages that were recognized in the Soviet Union.

This picture shows what I understand as terms and conditions written in other langauges like ukrainian and Georgian but I can't understand the rest. If a list could be provided of the order of the languages so it makes my search easier, no need to transcribe them.

Thanks for the help!

1st Ukrainian - державна позика - government loan

2nd Belarusian - дзяржаўная пазыка - government loan

3rd Azerbaijani ? in Cyrillic script. ССРИ is their way of writing USSR

4th Georgian - სესხი - loan

5th should be Armenian as it is the only one left in proper script

6th Turkmen ? in Cyrillic script

7th Uzbek ?

8th Tajik ?

9th Kazakh ? - мемлекеттік = government. ССРО = USSR

10th Kyrgyz ? - мамлекеттик = government

11th Moldavian ? (Romanian) in Cyrillic script. ымпрумутул = loan, У…. ССР = USSR.

12th Finnish - … VALTIONAINA

13th - Lithuanian - VALSTYBINĖ PASKOLA TSRS LIAUDIES ŪKIUI ATSTATYTI IR PLĖTOTI - Government loan for USSR national economy restoration and development. “national economy” is rough interpretation of liaudies ūkis. Maybe something else fits it better.

14th - Latvian - PSRS TAUTAS …

15th - Estonian - … RIIGILAEN

You might have problem with translation tools in some languages as they switched to Latin script at some point.

You have Rosetta paper in 16 languages. :)
