Please add new signature for Mexican banknotes:

Name is Isabel Morales Pasantes.

Title is Main Cashier.

Named on 2024, currently active, replaces Alejandro Alegre Rabiela, who stepped down his position on 2024 (maybe can be updated on his signature.

This needs to be used on N#306846 note, and to be added to the notes issued on the notes issued one week ago, I am waiting for more data be published to process creation requests. (date on note, printer, images, etc.)
