These are not distinguished from their “mother issuers” in the Numista catalog. They do not fulfill the requirements for becoming independent issuers, and are classified as periods/ruling authorities
The Indian colonies took up territories that vastly changed compared to modern India, while the ones you are suggesting did not significantly change territory when they gained their independence. According to Numista’s guidelines for new issuers, none of these qualify unfortunately

Hello. I agree with the not significantly territory change criteria for many of the examples.
But it is not true for Dutch and Portuguese Ceylon.
As you can see in these maps these issuers territories are only the western part of Ceylon:
