1934 shilling good to fair
1967 2 cents good
1940 half penny good
1961 half penny good
 I got all 4 for 8 US dollars at a shop here. Do you think I paid too much ?

1934 NZ Shilling is worth at least 4 dollars in fair condition. I think you did OK.

Depends, over here in NZ you can pick the stuff up dirt cheap.  I got a whole lot of shilllings the other day for NZ$4.00 each, around US$3.50  I think that's just slightly over melt value.  If you want any more New Zealand coins let me know and I can try and get some for you.

Since grading of the kind you have provided is very relative, it's better to provide scans or photos of both sides when asking for valuations.
