Yes it's not consistent.    Rulers and Engravers and designers pages are handled differently.

There is indeed some inconsistency: series and rulers always have the link, whereas engravers and techniques have the link only if there is more to see.

Let's try to align for all pages. For all these pages, would you prefer always having the link, or having the link only if there is more to see?

We changed so that artists and techniques now always have the link, independently of the total number of items.
