The coin that is illustrated is Duplessy 2341. However, the reverse legend is quoted as ✠ COMЄS ⋮ ЄDM ' Є ⋮
If I read Duplessy correctly, that legend is a variant with two columns of three vertical dots. That is Duplessy 2341A, I think. The coin illustrated has only one column with three vertical dots.
