Yes, it looks like it. It may not be the exact same issue, but we have a reverse that is very similar, and the obverse has the same two pelets at the back of the head (or so it seems). There are letters in front of the head and I wonder whether one or two of them at least coud be matched with the legend ΑΡΕΟΣ on the acsearch.info example.
NB — they give an approximate date for this type and it may have been struck over a lengthy period of time, so it would be worthwhile to have a look in the BM Catalogue for Sicily, though very old (the Numista page provides a link to archive.org).
