I have two east India company coin . Is it fake or real?

I have two coins of the British East India Company, one from 1616, the other from 1717. I understood from the internet that this may not be a real coin, is it a temple coin? Someone must tell me the details.

They are indeed not coins but are fantasy tokens, the date on them means nothing as these are being produced even now. One has the Monkey god Hanuman on it

Vic65 is correct. There were no such coins produced by the British East India Company.
