Notgeld from Kreisstadt Heilsberg not in catalogue

I've got this Notgeld from Kreisstadt Heilsberg, East Prussia (nowadays Lidzbark Warmiński, Poland) and this location doesnt seem to have been added to the catalog previously as an Issuer. Can someone please add it? I'll then proceed and add the note and it's info. Thanks.
