regardless if it is real or fake, you might be looking at modern silver bullion coin.

My concern regarding this:

Too much wear for restrike

Color

The roughness on the neck compared to any other MT Thaler I have seen

The darkness surrounds the wording and prominent areas.

Including the 2 dots under the X

It represents more of the qualities of a cast copy re: American trade dollars

I would have paid silver less 20% for it, as the state of preservation only represents silver value

In my opinion, it is not genuine.

It is an educational curve, not only for myself, but also for others out there.

Too many coincidences to let me buy it.

I highly doubt that it is silver. I collect silver of all ages, not consistent with silver toning

The original have i high value but dipence…the copy you pay from 20€ to…40€ i think.dipence wich coat of arms.
