Trouble Finding a Worn Coin (1854?) [opgelost]

Hi 

I'm having trouble identifying a coin, or finding anything similar on the website. I don't have much to go on other than the year which looks like 1654 or 1854 to me. Also, is says “Centime” with a “K” mint mark. Please see photos below and let me know if oyu have any ideas.
