Need some expertise from a specialist..
My favorite part of collection is buying world coins per kilo and search for key dates, doubled dies, varieties and missing years in my world collection.. Now i have found in my last acquisition a 1861 Penny with L.C.WYON below truncation & L.C.W. below shield.. According the % behind the year lines it should a rather scarce variety..
Now i had another in my album, pretty worn, and cleaned.. But that one is also with L.C.WYON below truncation..
So now i'm wondering if L.C.WYON below truncation is common or just a coincidence that both of the ones i have ever received have that?
Thanks..
