Bahamas 1994 $5 silver golf coin. Blank reverse?

N#28646 coin is the same but no reverse. I saw another where the hole was cut out for the design of the 1994 but otherwise also blank. 

Anyone seen anything like this?

The design is similar but there is no waves in the lake avec “Five” is not at the same place.

It might be a medal, intended or not to be engraved with the name of the winner of a tournament.

What’s the weight?

31.1 as is the original. I would specify if it was different.

I like this answer. But why make new or modify old dies? Seems strange. Also, the edge is reeded as the original coin. There are no mint marks, nor silver Smith/purity marks, which seems a large oversight for the royal mint
