Tibet 1 Sho Horizontal legend; small size (which year?) [opgelost]

Second of tour pictures has the numbers 

 Lower right = 1 5 

Upper left = 5 8 

 That site gave an example: 16/22 = (16 – 1)×60 + 22 + 1026 = 922 + 1026 = 1948 date. 

So, to see if that system works for 15/58 

15/58 = (15 – 1)×60 + 58 + 1026  

14 x 60 = 240 + 600 = 840 

840 + 58 + 1026 = 14 + 110 + 1800 = 1924 

 Correct ! 

 Lastly, those symbols were on that link you gave anyway.
