Help with date of Tibet date coin [opgelost]

Hello, I have this Tibetan sho coin, but I can't identify the year. Perhaps someone could help me with the year it was minted? And if possible, sharing a guide on how to read the dates on these coins would be great.

First is to figure where the date is. On this coin it's here:

It reads ༡༥ - ༥༥

Might be an easier way but that's how I do it.
