Ottoman?

Does anybody know what this is?   I have gone through the Ottoman and Egypt listings and cant find it,  It  is 20mm in dia.

I suspect that your photos show 78 regnal year and undecipherable 12xx Hijri calendar year.

Longest ruling Ottoman sultan was Suleiman I. 45-46 years. That's 33 years short of what your photo is saying.

Hole might indicate that it is ornamental plaque used on dancer belts

The replica coin link above looks like it.  I would have thought it was too elaborate to be jewelry but there you go. Thanks for your assistance on this.
