I have three of these banknotes, but the only one I could find on the site was one with political propaganda on it. Is this rare?

Yup, if you go by what the Reddit/eBay folks tell ya.

However, it has a Numista Rarity Index of “16” which means a lot of Numista collectors have it & a lot of them wouldn't mind exchanging it. Just about as “rare” as the 2008 Zimbabwe 100 Trillion note which many of the Reddit folks are after as well. 😀

I think the values in Numista speak to its rarity.
