Spain 50 eurocent marked with a number

does the number ‘1.4462’ on the reverse of this 50 cent coin have a meaning? Is it made by any official authority? Or is it a private marking by some club or association?

If you google 1.4462, that's a name of a steel alloy. Probably someone made a punch tool of it and tested on the coin.
