Spain 50 eurocent marked with a number [opgelost]

does the number ‘1.4462’ on the reverse of this 50 cent coin have a meaning? Is it made by any official authority? Or is it a private marking by some club or association?

It is a code, also used on a certain type of stainless-steel, but I do think that is just a coincidence.
