Can anyone identify this coin?? 

It is 20x27 mm (clipped) and weighs 4.82 g.

Yeah, that looks like an arabic imitation of a byzantine follis, maybe of constans I or II, based on what I can see on the front.

 

 

It also probably isnt clipped, byzantine and arab byzantine coins are commonly in weird shapes like this.
