Rare coins. Help!

Hello everyone!

I'm new in this community and I want some help with these two coins. I searched in internet a lot but I only find pictures of it but no identification or value of each coin.
The first one are similar at this. More older, I thought.


 
The second was a token of the George Frederick, Duke of York, with an ace of spades in the reverse.

It's a sailors token from France if I remember right, St. George one side and Jesus and his disciples on the other in a boat. I have one of these - not exactly rare.
