It seems to be a provincial coin from Alexandria L IΔ for Antoninus Pius, but I cannot find this coin anywhere (RPC, ACSearch, CoinSearch) but maybe I do something wrong?

Help me please…

Just took a while to find the right wordings for the search filters on RPC.
