Hello,
this is for all the dutch and belgium coin experts. I do have a Patagon in my posession, the type is 24889. Every web research tells me this type has coin alignment but my specimen has medal alignment. Is this a rarity, misstrike or a deviation? Does it have any additional value? And last but not least, is there any way I can mention this on Numista entry 24889? Regards D.
Call me Desdenova, The Eternal Light.

This coin?
N#24889
For coins from the 1600s I am sure that alignments vary, and any differences in alignment wouldn’t add extra value.
At the bottom of the page under „Contribute to the Catalogue“ there is „Register an example of this type“ maybe you can add medal alignment in there.

Thank you for pointing this out.
The correct alignment is “Variable,” so this has been changed.
