Unknown 2-cent coppers [opgelost]

Hello, I’m new to this forum. Among the collection we inherited are these two undated  copper coins.  inscription for country.  Anyone have a clue what these are and where they were made? I work in a museum and have not seen these before.

They are from the Austrian Empire.

The date is located under the twigs below the numeral “2”.
