Is my 1900 Liberty nickel a proof or business strike?

I don't have a picture. Here is a brief description of the coin: It's completely black, graded about VF or F at the least, it has about full Liberty, it's quite shiny, it seems like it MAY be made of higher quality metal than all of the rest of my Liberty nickels, and has minimal wear.
What do you guys think?
Note: This coin was purchased from a trusted seller and certainly isn't a fake.

Yeah I know it looks like a low grade from the picture but in real life it is beautiful!

The 1899 is about a VG, with the 1900 grading a G.

I dunno, the obverse is better but the reverse has no readable legend I would grade then both at G
