ID on this coin please? [opgelost]

Could anyone help identify this (I assume Roman) coin please? Very weathered so hard to make out much on reverse.
Obverse inscriptions I can make out are ‘NINVS’ - I though perhaps Antoninus Pius?
Reverse inscription looks like ‘POT XIX’ and then ‘MP’. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Antoninus Pius coins with POT XIX have a slightly different lettering, without MP: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=rome&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=75&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=&i=*POT+XIX*&b=&m=np&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&g=&c=&wi=&sw=

I think this is Marcus Aurelius instead: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?e=rome&r=&st=1-2&cat=y&im1=&im2=&ru=77&ie=&no=&v=&cu=&a=&dg=&i=*POT+XIX*&b=&m=np&f=&t=&t2=&w=&mt=&u=&g=&c=&wi=&sw=

There are a couple of potential candidates, with a (T)R POT XIX (I)MP (II COS III) lettering.

The good news is that it dates the coin to the 19th year of the tribunicia potestas (tribune of the plebs) of the emperor (164-165). The bad news is that it's so corroded that it can be almost any of those in the list.
