Probably caused by search improvements? @dzmitry.huletski / @Xavier 

The problem seems to be gone. The link in the original post doesn't return any coins. I tried a few approaches and I couldn't find another search with that issue.

There're probably no circulating commemorative coins that heavy, but there are many non-circulating ones:
