Help to identify - Approx 7,26 g, 19,5 mm diam, 3 mm thick

Afghanistan or India (the old India that bordered Afghanistan), ie modern day Pakistan area, would be a good place to start. More information on the coin is beyond my speciality unfortunately, but that is what it looks like to me.

No ruler on the coin, it's anonymous type as I pointed out, date  on these is usually 1285 ah which is 1868 ad which would be  Sikandar Jahan Begum, an unusual female ruler

The Begums of Bhopal were very well-known.
