Missing signature from Central Bank of Sudan [opgelost]

There is a missing banknote from the Central Bank of Sudan issuing entity.

Sabir Mohammed Hassan, Governor (1998-2011)

He was the bank governor before and after the banks name change, so I’ve simply copied the signature from the Bank of Sudan issuing entity as it’s the same.
