Display message in swap page header based on the status

I have noticed the message displayed in the swap page header has not many sense in some cases. In other could be added a new message.

• When the swap partner cancel the swap, the system display the message “MEMBER has cancelled the swap”.
  
  But when I cancel the swap, nothing is displayed.
  
  A message “You have cancelled the swap” could be displayed.
   
• When the swap is confirmed by both, the system display the message:
  
  The swap has been confirmed by MEMBER and you. You can now send your coins/banknotes by mail.
  Don't forget to update your online collection and rate MEMBER upon reception.
  
  
  
  But the same message is displayed when:
  
  
  • The member rated me (I sent my letter before). The message should be:
    
    The swap has been confirmed by MEMBER and you. You sent your coins/banknotes by mail, and MEMBER rated you.
    Don't forget to update your online collection and rate MEMBER upon reception.
     
  • I rated the member (the member sent their letter before). The message should be:
    
    The swap has been confirmed by MEMBER and you. You can now send your coins/banknotes by mail.
    MEMBER sent their coins/banknotes by mail, and you rated they. Don't forget to update your online collection.
     
  • We both rated each other, and the swap is finished. The message should be:
    
    The swap is finished. MEMBER and you sent your coins/banknotes by mail, and both rated each other.
    Don't forget to update your online collection.
