Good day to you,

 

Back in 2017 I bought this Galerius AE follis. I was told it dated from 305-306, no further specifications were given. These days I’m trying to catalogue my Romans, but I seem to have a problem with this one. I find a comparable coin under Cyzicus RIC VI 11 b A, but that seems to date from 297-299, thus neatly anterior to 305-306… Can somebody help me with this one, please?

Not Galerius but Maximinus when he was a “Caesar” (= heir).  IIf I read the obverse correctly:
