Well… I don't know if Numista “Translate” button works from English to Arabic, so I just answered in Arabic in order to make it easy to the person who asked, since I supposed he hardly spoke English.

Careful with that assumption.  All members have one of the eight default languages assigned to them even if they don't speak it. I believe English is the first default language assigned. That top level language can't be deselected. It can only be switched to one of the other seven.  Since this member didn't select an additional language only the default (English) is listed. If they had selected Arabic then it would show as English, Arabic, the same way yours shows English as the first language.  Don't make the assumption they speak English because Numista assigned that language to them.
