It's actually the English forum. So if you're German on the German forum page and you post in German somebody on the English page will complain you haven't posted in English. Doesn't seem right somehow. Did you know you were posting on the German forum page in English?

That's because you have merged forums in your “Settings”. Anyway, there are only 4 forum languages actually: Spanish, English, German and French, which it is the default for the rest of choices.
Why? Are you having trouble clicking the translate button?
No but I have a problem understanding the title/question of the topic because there's no translate button. And I don't find it logical that someone who's seeking for help finds it normal that everybody else (since he's using a very uncommon language) needs to use a Google Translate (or an other translator) while he only have to do it once for everybody else. Especially when it's someone who's only language on his profile is English:
