Lettering on left of first picture

TR POT VII

Tribunicia Potestate 7

Edit - on the right could be

COS II

which makes it slightly similar to this

N#260585

· Obverse
Head of Marcus Aurelius, bare, right.

Lettering: AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII FIL

Translation: Aurelius Caesar, Augusti Pii Filius.
[Marcus] Aurelius Caesar, son of emperor (Augustus) [Antoninus] Pius.

· Reverse
Genius Exercitus, in military dress, standing left, sacrificing out of patera in right

hand over lighted altar and holding a legionary eagle in left.

Lettering: TR POT VII COS II

Translation: Tribunicia Potestate Septima, Consul Secundum.
Holder of tribunician power for the seventh time, consul for the second time.

 Something like this

Marcus Aurelius as Caesar (161-180AD) AR Denarius. Rome mint (152-153AD) 18.5mm; 3.2g.

· Obverse: AVRELIVS CAE-SAR AVG PII FIL, bare head right.

· Reverse: TR POT VII COS II, Genius Exercitus or Virtus standing left, sacrificing out of patera over

lighted altar and holding legionary eagle.

· Catalogues: BMCRE 804 (Pius); RSC 661; RIC III 458 (VF)

All of which is mostly similar -

though on the reverse there is something on the right. Maybe some cloth draper over a shoulder?

On the obverse the split is CAE SAR not CAES AR but otherwise similar.
