Can I use these pictures in general?

Sorry if it's the wrong forum, I was in doubt where it fitted the best.

I have asked the website danskmoent.dk, if I could use pictures from their website to Numista. I got a mixed answear, since their pictures come from a few different sources:

If I find a picture, originally from them, I can use it, as long as I use “(C) danskmoent.dk” as source/crediting. I can send the mail, if wanted

I was also told that if I find a picture from eg. Bruun-Rasmussen on their website and want to use it, as long as we have the proper permits (which we have), I could also use their pictures. Since Bruun-Rasmussen's auktions (at least with my limited skills) are not archived for the future.

So my question is: Can I use for instance this picture, for Numista? Since it's from Bruun-Rasmussen.

I can't add an auction afterwards, of course.

And I general what should we do in this case of limited usage of pictures? Should DanskMønt be an official source? Or should I/we look at it on a case by case basis?

I'm not Numista and can NOT make any decisions about this, but in my opinion you can use both sets of images.

If the picture is from another source, cant you just state that source if it is in Numista?

If the images are listed on another site but they are from authorized source Bruun Rasmussen then yes they are still owned by Bruun Rasmussen and you can use them by listing them correctly as such.
